Classes & Schedule

There are 2 ways to join our group classes at CrossFit High Voltage:

1. Call or Email us to schedule your FREE 1 on 1 Personal Intro to CrossFit!

2. You can try out your first ‘Level 1 CrossFit’ group class for just $10, or any ‘All Level CrossFit’ group class for just $20!  We’ll then apply that $ to any membership you choose!

Classes:


One on One Coaching:

One on one coaching is the most effective method of learning our 9 fundamental movements, preparing you for success in all of our group classes. Over the course of 3 One on One Coached sessions, you will learn how to safely and properly perform CrossFit’s most important movements.

-Each session is individually designed for your current ability.

-By the end of the 3 sessions, you will have the opportunity to continue with more personal coaching instruction, or move onto the Level 1 or All Levels CrossFit classes.

-We provide both long term and short term 1 on 1 coaching depending on your individual needs.

-For members who have been inactive for a long period of time, have health limitations, or prefer additional accountability, we have found the highest success rate (decreased injuries and consistent attendance) have been found in members who begin with the initial 3 one on one personal sessions.

-Just $99 for 3 one on one personal sessions.

LEVEL ONE CrossFit:

New to CrossFit? Been a way for a while and need to get back on track? Had a hard week of CrossFit or want to focus on the basics?
-Whether you are a novice or seasoned CrossFitter, this class is great for perfecting our 9 fundamental movements!

-Specifically Designed to give you the proper foundation to increase your Overall Fitness Level in any CrossFit class you attend at CFHV!

-All ages, all abilities welcome.

-Intensity and workload tailored to each individual. Pace yourself, or go to the Limit!

Monday & Wednesday: 6pm-7pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 7pm-8pm

Saturday: 9am


All Levels CrossFit:

Our 1 hour long group class. Starts off with a dynamic warm up and basic & advanced technique development, building up to our Workout of the Day (WOD). Everything you need, and in & out in an hour!


Happy Hour: Fridays

Choose your own workout! Our qualified & experienced coaches will be there to help you through it. You can work on improving your weaknesses, work more on stuff you really like, or get an extra workout in that will help you reach your personal goals!

Friday: 630am-715am

Friday: 1230pm-130pm

Friday: 5pm-7pm

Weekday Mornings:

Early Mornings: 45 minute ‘Quick-Fit’ class!

Monday/Wednesday/Friday

6:30am-7:15am. ALL LEVELS.

Weekday Afternoons:

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday

12:30pm-1:30pm. ALL LEVELS.

Weekday Evenings:

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday:

5pm – 9pm. All classes start at the top of the hour and are 1 hour in length. 5-6p, 6-7p, 7-8p, 8-9p.

Friday night 5-7pm (Happy Hour)

Note: Monday & Wednesday at 6pm, Tuesday & Thursday at 7pm are Level 1 CrossFit classes.

Weekends:

Saturday: 9-10am: Level 1 CrossFit

Saturday: 10-11am: All Levels CrossFit

Sunday: 10-11am: All Levels CrossFit

Sunday: 430pm-530pm: All Levels CrossFit
