There are 2 ways to join our group classes at CrossFit High Voltage of Burbank:

1. Call or Email us to schedule your FREE 1 on 1 Personal Intro to CrossFit!

2. You can try out your first ‘Level 1 CrossFit’ group class for just $20!  Become a member right after your first class and we’ll apply that $ towards any Membership you choose.

Become a Member right after your 1 on 1 Intro or First Group Class and we’ll waive the enrollment!

If you have experience with CrossFit and its 9 fundamental movements, please contact us for possible placement into one of our All Levels Group classes for your first visit.

Classes:

One on One Coaching:

One on one coaching is the most effective method of learning our 9 fundamental movements, preparing you for success in all of our group classes. Over the course of 3 One on One Coached sessions, you will learn how to safely and properly perform CrossFit’s most important movements.

-Each session is individually designed for your current ability.

-By the end of the 3 sessions, you will have the opportunity to continue with more personal coaching instruction, or move onto the Level 1 or All Levels CrossFit classes.

-We provide both long term and short term 1 on 1 coaching depending on your individual needs.

-For members who have been inactive for a long period of time, have health limitations, or prefer additional accountability, the highest success rate (decreased injuries and consistent attendance) have been found in members who begin with the initial 3 one on one personal sessions.

-Just $99 for your first 3 one on one personal sessions.

LEVEL 1 CrossFit:

New to CrossFit? Been a way for a while and need to get back on track? Had a hard week of CrossFit or want to focus on the basics?
-Whether you are a novice or seasoned CrossFitter, this class is great for perfecting our 9 fundamental movements!

-Specifically Designed to give you the proper foundation to increase your Overall Fitness Level in any CrossFit class you attend at CFHV! Form 1st, consistency 2nd, THEN intensity.

-All ages, all abilities welcome.

-Intensity and workload tailored to each individual. Pace yourself, or go to the Limit!

Monday & Wednesday: 6pm-7pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 7pm-8pm

Saturday: 9am

Level 2 CrossFit:

Building upon the 9 Fundamental CrossFit movements taught in Level 1, our Level 2 CrossFit class helps take your CrossFit training to the Next Level! This class focuses on teaching intermediate level CrossFit movements and slightly more complex workouts than Level 1, gearing anyone up to do just about any CrossFit workout they could imagine!

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6pm.

All Levels CrossFit:

Our 1 hour long group class. Starts off with a dynamic warm up and basic & advanced skill and technique development, building up to our Workout of the Day (WOD). Everything you need, and in & out in an hour!


Weekly Group Class Schedule:

Weekday Mornings:

Early Mornings:

-Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday

6:30am-7:15am. ALL LEVELS.

Mid Mornings:

-Mondays & Wednesdays.

9:30am-10:30am. All Levels & abilities.

Weekday Afternoons:

-Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday

12:30pm-1:30pm. ALL LEVELS.

Weekday Evenings:

-Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday:

5pm – 9pm. All classes start at the top of the hour and are 1 hour in length. 5-6p, 6-7p, 7-8p, 8-9p.

-Friday night: 6-7pm

Note: Monday & Wednesday at 6pm, Tuesday & Thursday at 7pm are Level 1 CrossFit classes.

Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm are Level 2 CrossFit classes.

Weekends:

Saturday: 9-10am: Level 1 CrossFit

Saturday: 10-11am: All Levels CrossFit

Open Gym Training: 11am – 1pm. All Levels.

Sunday: 11am-12pm: All Levels CrossFit

The High Voltage Run Club: Thursdays at 7pm! Meets at the gym. Everyone is invited, members, ‘soon to be members’, and people that just want to run! It’s free for everyone. Come check us out. Starts Thursday, August 5.

We also have our High Voltage Powelifting Club and High Voltage Endurance Club, and High Voltage Olympic Weightlifting Club. Contact us for more information on how to be a part!
